Box to the Future
Box to the Future is a story by Smileyfax. In the course of Boxing Daria, Daria crawls into a refrigerator box that reminds her of a similar box she had when she was a child. In this story, the two boxes are connected in time, so that when Daria closes herself in the box, she is transported back to her room on the night of the fight referenced in that episode. Daria first talks with her younger self and explains the fight, but then has to pretend she's her own Aunt Amy when her parents find her. Jane and Quinn end up following her (as does Trent, though his efforts are foiled by his falling asleep). Their interference with the past leads to a number of possible alternate endings.
