Dallen

Dallen was the Ringmaster Dallen who created the First Ring that was carried by the First Ringbearer, Miranda. While completing the final alchemical work on the ring, there was an accident and Dallen was killed. Thereafter, his seat on the Ringmaster Council remained empty. The First Ring is also known as the 'Beta Ring' - the prototype Defender Ring upon which the one thousand Rings used to combat the zombie apocalypse on D-476 were based.

In universe D-674, the home of the "Lost Ringbearers", Miranda died during the accident that occured while completing the First Ring, resulting in Dallen becomeing the First Ringbearer and over time, the effects of that loss drove him to rework the first ring into the Dominator Ring and to later create the Vengeance Rings. Because of the events known as the Vengeance Ring Crisis, and due to the fact that Robert Nelson had found Jane worthy of a Ring, Miranda sent an alternate/future/past doppelganger of Jane to give her the First Ring as part of a plan to assist Daria (also known as the Wraithkiller in the plan to destroy the man known as the Dominator and reset reality to eradicate the threat of the Vengeance Rings. The plan was successful; even though the timestream was reset, Jane retained a fully-endowed First Ring, as it was created before the Ringmasters (agreeing to the request of The Agency) placed restrictions on the Rings that would minimize the chances of them ever falling to evil intent again.
