G & E Music are a music and sound design company, creating tracks for commission for TV shows (among others).

In Daria: The Complete Animated Series, G&E are credited under "Special Thanks" for the DVD - while their website doesn't mention the Daria DVD under their MTV work, they are the ones who remixed the episodes with music from libraries like Extreme Music.
