Trike Girl
Trike Girl is a young background character on Daria who appears to be a kindergarten or elementary-school African-American girl wearing blue overalls of the OshKosh B'gosh sort. Her black hair is always tied in high pigtails, and she is often seen riding a Big Wheel tricycle. She has no given name. She has only one line in the whole series, in Daria!, singing "The big wet rainstorm's over / I think you hurt your car".
Trike Girl is interesting because she appears at the very beginning and end of "Daria!" as if she had spent the entire time riding around town without supervision during a hurricane. She appears in the theater audience behind Jake Morgendorffer in "Aunt Nauseum" and is standing near Daria Morgendorffer and Angela Li as the floats go by in "I Loathe a Parade."
