As Jodie and Brittany try to talk Tommy out of holding them hostage (and Quinn and Sandi argue over Quinn forgetting Sandi's birthday), Mack leads Kevin, Jeffy, Tiffany, and a surprisingly violent Stacy to save the day. Will their efforts be in vain? Will Mack's group drive him insane? And what's with all the headaches and people acting differently than they normally would?
